What engineers and assessors ask before approving a purchase.
Standards basis
Failure rates are derived from SN 29500 and IEC 62380 models; reports follow ISO 26262, IEC 61508 and ISO 13849 templates. The same calculation engine runs on every plan.
Tool confidence
Documentation supporting tool confidence under ISO 26262 Part 8 (TCL) is available to Enterprise customers on request.
Data location & encryption
Cloud plans use an isolated database per customer. Hosting region and encryption details are provided on request; Enterprise can keep all data on its own servers.
Frequently Asked Questions
How is the on-premise (Enterprise) installation done?
We provide a Docker container package and guide that can be deployed on a private server or cloud (AWS VPC, Azure, a local Linux server, etc.). It runs fully in an air-gapped network with no external internet connection.
Does the Basic plan calculate ISO 26262 metrics (SPFM, LFM, PMHF) accurately?
Yes. The calculation engine uses the same standard-compliant algorithms on every plan. Plans differ in project size, component count, and the range of export formats.
How is reliability standard data (SN 29500, IEC 62380) handled?
The formula parameters and component characteristics required by the standards are implemented as engineering lookup tables inside the system, so failure rates are derived immediately without complex data conversion.
Can I change plans or migrate to On-Premise later?
Anytime. You can export your project files (datasets) from the SaaS and migrate them to an on-premise environment without loss.
How are seats counted, and can we pay by invoice?
Basic includes 1 engineer seat and Pro up to 5. For 5+ seats, SSO or audit-log requirements, contact us. Basic and Pro monthly plans are paid by card; Pro annual plans can be paid by invoice with purchase order (PO) support.
